DON'T FLY IT. READ THE WIND.

The paper airplane already knows how to glide. Hold to let the wings catch the current and climb with it. Release to cut through the air and let momentum carry you down.

Bedroom window → rooftops → autumn forest → rainfront → mountain valley → cloud sea → sunset → stars. Wind ribbons are real clues. Later, birds, power lines, storms and turbulence make choosing when to catch the air matter.

Play PAPER//WIND — a free atmospheric paper airplane game

PAPER//WIND is an endless one-control browser game about a tiny folded paper airplane and the air around it. You never steer directly. Hold to make the paper catch more of the local wind, release to reduce that coupling, and use the visible currents to shape a safe glide.

One continuous journey from a bedroom window to the stars

The flight begins inside a bedroom and slips through an open window before crossing rooftops, an autumn forest, hard rain, mountain valleys, a sea of clouds, a glowing sunset and finally the quiet sky above the clouds. The plane flexes, bends and wobbles as gusts change, while leaves, cloud layers, rain, stars and foreground weather keep the world moving around it.

Easy air first, dangerous air later

Early currents are forgiving. Power lines, chimneys and birds arrive over the rooftops, branches and flocks appear farther out, and storm cells, mountain ridges and turbulence gradually make the flight less peaceful. Wind ribbons remain visible so every correction has a readable cause instead of feeling random.
